The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on the tenth of September, this year. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with attendance of homeowners in participation.
Upon the call to order, the minutes from the previous meeting were examined and passed with some amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a concise financial update outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised concerns regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and streetlight regulations.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing clarifications about the initiatives.
After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, on the same day next month.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to sherwood lakes homeowners association improve the standard of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and automobile limits.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program.
